Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Practice Manager to lead our medical team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, optimize financial performance, and maintain a positive, compliant environment for staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily business operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows.
- Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; conduct performance reviews and resolve conflicts.
- Financial & Accounting: Manage budgets, billing, collections, and insurance reimbursement processes.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical accreditation standards.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and insurance providers.
- Patient Experience: Resolve patient complaints and improve services to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
